OUT-OF-STOCK POLICY

We display stock availability on the product's details page for most items. If an item is out of stock, you may enter your email address at the bottom of the Order Details page, under Other Tools, to be notified when the item becomes available. Inventory status is updated several times per day. Unfortunately, in the event of a sale or promotion, we cannot issue a "rain check" to preserve a specific price on an item that is out-of-stock.

Please note that stock changes all the time depending on how many customers are buying the item.  In some rare cases you may see that we have an item and place your order, but then we cancel the order.  This happens when two customers happen to be buying the same item at the same time and one checks out seconds before the other customer.

We reserve the right to discontinue any discount, sale, special promotion, including the availability of any item, for any reason. If you receive a notice that an item is out of stock and have questions regarding this policy, please contact Customer Service online.
