The thermometer provides stable temperature readings in seconds and has a wide temperature range of -40 to -450 degrees F/-40 to -232 degrees C. You can easily view the temperature on the unit at a glance with its large 0.8" backlight LCD display. The step down probe leaves a smaller hole in the food which allows less liquid to escape during cooking and keeps your food moist and juicy. The 806GW thermometer comes with an antimicrobial housing that inhibits the growth of bacterial odor and mold on the case. The sleeve can also be fastened to the end of the thermometer to extend its reach. This NSF listed thermometer is backed by a 1 year limited warranty (batteries excluded) and runs on a long lasting lithium battery. Grey. This item cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
