The Lifesmart tower infrared heater is designed for added room warmth when the weather turns chilly. This tower heater features 3 quartz infrared elements, spreading even heat out into the room, without drying out the room air. Infrared heating reduces energy consumption and optimizes heating since it does not rely on air circulation to transfer heat, it provides direct heat straight to the source. There are 2- heat settings for up to 1500 Watts of power, plus an energy-saving ECO mode which takes the heater wattage and self-regulates to maintain a constant 68 degrees using only the most efficient power consumption. Choose exactly when you want heat with the 12-hour programmable timer so it can start warming up right before you wake up or get home from work and will turn off when you choose. Safety features include tip-over protection that automatically shuts off the unit if it falls over and an overheat safety switch. The cool-touch exterior cabinet also ensures no one will get burned if they touch or bump the heater.
