This misting attachment is easy to install, too u just clip it onto the front of the fan grill, and attach it to your water supply. The attachment has a 3/4? internal thread, which allows it to fit most standard garden hoses or any water hose or pipe with a 3/4-14 external thread. A shut-off valve on the water supply connection lets you turn the mist off close to the fan, which is useful if the valve controlling the water supply is far away.
