Customer Care Department:

·        Pre-sales: If you have a question about ordering a product, please send your email to sales@builderdepot.com.

·        Post-sales:  If you have placed an order and have a question, please send your email to customerservice@builderdepot.com (We will get back to you within 48 business hours). Our hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. At this time, we only ship to US addresses.

Returns Department:

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be credited. Please apply for your RMA at: https://www.builderdepot.com/rmarequest.ihtml
