We make cacao puro with Oaxaca stone mills, grinding the cacao twice - once by itself, then a second time with the sugar. We make Taza Vanilla Bean Chocolate Mexicano with single origin, sustainably grown cacao and whole bourbon vanilla beans. We source our vanilla from the Villa Vanilla Spice Plantation in Costa Rica, where they cultivate it organically and biodynamically.
